Step1
Ribs cut into blocks.

Peeled carrot, cut corn, slicing
ginger, peeled arlic.

Pour water into the pot, and pour the >cooking wine into the pot after the water is boiled (you can pour more).

Put the pork ribs into the boiled water. After cooking for three or four minutes, take the ribs out and use water to rinse them clean.

Fill up with water then close the lid< and boil the soup with big fire then turn to small fire, then slowly stew the soup for an hour. Add a spoonful of salt after 10 minutes.
